Our facility is a state of the art 4,400 sq ft building offering plenty of mat space as well as a full set of weights, treadmills, and kettle bells. We offer classes for all ages in both kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Regardless if your goals are compeition, fitness, or fun; our programs provide top level instruction in a safe and conducive learning environment.
